Jamilyn is focused on human resources, marketing, and business development projects on most days – or she is away working with her wash teams in Alaska as a member of the ownership team at Sudzy Salmon Car Wash. Prior to consulting and then moving into the carwash industry, Jamilyn’s experience includes 20 years working in public schools as a teacher and principal. In addition to her passion for growing people and developing organizational learning systems with her teams, she appreciates her projects as a doctoral candidate at Indiana University, she enjoys long slow trail runs with an audiobook, and she loves exploring new places with her husband and 16-year-old son.
