Jamilyn currently serves as the Chief People Officer at Express Carwash Equipment LLC in Kansas City where she is focused on human resources, marketing, and business development projects on most days – or she is away working with her wash teams in Alaska as a member of the ownership team at Sudzy Salmon Car Wash. Before consulting and moving into the carwash industry, Jamilyn’s experience includes 20 years working in public schools as a teacher and principal. In addition to her passion for growing people and developing organizational learning systems with her teams, she appreciates her projects as a doctoral candidate at Indiana University. She enjoys long slow trail runs with an audiobook and loves exploring new places with her husband and 16-year-old son.
