HUTTON has developed 1,135 projects in 28 states. Today, the asset base totals 3.4 million square feet and the company expects to add 700,618,275 s.f. in 2022. This throttle of diverse developments from Multi-Family, Self-Storage, Acquisitions, and Retail along with Hutton’s first start-up Operations company in the car wash industry. ModWash is one of the fastest-growing car wash companies in the country. In the first 30 months, ModWash will operate 80 locations in 9 states from the North East to the South tip of Florida. The activity from each person creates a velocity of energy that enables the team to deliver while consistently meeting deadlines and exceeding clients' expectations. HUTTON was awarded Chattanooga’s Corporate Philanthropist of the Year in 2014, and Karen was named one of 2015’s Top Ten Influential Business Leaders to Impact Chattanooga, inducted into UTC’s Entrepreneurship Hall of Fame in 2016, and awarded Chattanooga Girls Leadership Academy’s first-ever Founders Leadership Award in 2017.
